Transfer to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canalgrandehotel.it\/4\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hotel Canalgrande<\/a> by private shuttle. Day\/night off.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning:<\/strong> from 9.00 to 12.00, Italian language lessons with a focus on basic communicative structures targeted to allow you to socialise in Italian and to better understand Italian culture and the vocabulary of its cuisine. On Thursday morning, a practical lesson of the Italian language is accompanied by a visit to world-renowned attractions at the <a href=\"http:\/\/museomodena.ferrari.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Enzo Ferrari Museum<\/a>. Shopping at the historic centre of Modena, visits to the breath-taking <a href=\"http:\/\/whc.unesco.org\/en\/list\/827\" target=\"_blank\">Unesco Sites of Modena<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/turismo.comune.modena.it\/it\/canali-tematici\/scopri-il-territorio\/arte-e-cultura\/patrimonio-unesco\/cattedrale-torre-civica-e-piazza-grande\" target=\"_blank\">Duomo, Torre Ghirlandina, Piazza Grande<\/a>) and the famous <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mercatoalbinelli.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Albinelli<\/a> Market where the famed starred chef, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.osteriafrancescana.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Massimo Bottura<\/a>, is often met. At the end of the lessons, you will receive a Certificate of Participation in the Italian language course. Lunches at local restaurants with typical cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon:<\/strong> cooking classes from 15.00 to 18.00, introduced by Italian vocabulary that appears in menus, recipes and culinary activities. Exploration of the art of Italian cuisine with a chef \/ teacher and an interpreter, and with a full tasting menu from <em>Emilia Romagna,<\/em> paired with wines.<\/p>\n<p>Program: <strong>Monday<\/strong> introduction to the course and preparation of appetizers (Parmesan cheese with balsamic vinegar; <em>tigelle <\/em>(small round bread), fried <em>gnocchi<\/em> with platter of cured meats and more); <strong>Tuesday<\/strong> prepare first course dishes (<em>pasta sfoglia<\/em> (puff pastry), <em>rag\u00f9<\/em> (meat sauce), lasagna, tortellini, green ravioli); <strong>Wednesday<\/strong> prepare second course dishes (<em>bollito<\/em> <em>di manzo e gallina<\/em> (boiled beef and chicken), <em>zampone<\/em> (trotter), <em>polpettone<\/em> (meatloaf), sauces for the <em>bollito<\/em>); <strong>Thursday<\/strong> prepare desserts (<em>zuppa inglese<\/em>, <em>ciambella <\/em>(Italian doughnut), <em>amaretti<\/em>). Tastings.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the course you will receive a Certificate for Italian cuisine. Dinners with traditional menu at the restaurant <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lasecchiarapita.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">La Secchia Rapita<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday (full day):<\/strong> beginning at 8:30, guided tour to discover traditional foods and wines, and natural attractions of the territory:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.parmigianoreggianocastellazzo.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">caseificio<\/a> (cheese factory),\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.veroni.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">salumificio<\/a> (cured pork meat factories),\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.garutivini.it\/it\" target=\"_blank\">cantina\/acetaia<\/a> (wineries\/vinegar factories). Tasting of local products and lunch in an <em>agriturismo<\/em>. Afternoon shopping at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fidenzavillage.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fidenza Village<\/a>. Emilian cuisine dinner with a chef of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fic.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Federazione Italiana Cuochi<\/a><strong>.<\/strong> <strong>Receipt of the Certificate of Italian Language, the Certificate of Italian Cuisine and the Fidelity Card<\/strong> for access to online courses and services on the site www.bestitaly.club.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday:<\/strong> departure with private transport to the airport or train station for another destination.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>N.B:<\/strong> The cost of the entire program for not more than 8 people, includes: private local transport, accommodation, Italian lessons, cooking workshop\/course, interpreter, tourist guide, tastings, lunches, dinners, and entry into the Enzo Ferrari Museum.
